At 9GAG SHOP, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your fresh gear. If your purchase doesn't bring you joy or fit quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
Ship It Back
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. We will notify you once it’s in transit.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
